The 2012 RIPWA Indoor Expo was held on Wednesday, February 1st at Wright's Farm and was a grand success! Over 500 people were in attendance as well as 50 vendors!

Municipal Scholarship

Chuck Smith presented a HP Laptop and Printer to the Scituate DPW today (3/1/11) to be used by mechanics Dean Randall and Curtis Lotter to diagnose and maintain the fleet. Dale Langlais, Scituate DPW Director applied for the grant though the Rhode Island Public Works Association Municipal Scholarship.

Mission

The mission of the Rhode Island Public Works Association is to support high quality training and educational opportunities for the Public Works community in Rhode Island, to represent the interests of the Public Works community to the general public as well as federal, state and local government bodies and agencies and to provide a forum to public works employees for the exchange of ideas and technical information that is helpful to them in conducting their daily duties and responsibilities.
